Q. How do I place an order
A. Simply call Phone 01224 943708 between 08.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Sunday or order on line
Q. How soon can I receive the boxes
A. Orders placed before 12noon any day will be delivered same day if required, orders placed after 12noon will be delivered the next day or at a date you request
Q. Can you recommend how many boxes I might require
A. If you click on the MOVE KIT section on the website, this will give you an accurate idea of how many boxes you may need. We have based this information on many years experience
Q. Is my delivery and collection FREE
A. All deliveries and collections are free on orders over £50.00
Q. What if I require more boxes
A. Simply order more and we will arrange for these to be delivered.
Q. Why is it cheaper to hire a box than buy
A. If you are planning on returning the boxes within 3 months it’s much cheaper to hire and is also a greener solution. If you are only requiring the boxes to be used once why buy.
Buying works if you are planning to keep the boxes for more than 3 months or outside the area or overseas.
If you prefer to keep some and return some that’s no problem you only lose your deposit on the ones you keep.
Q. What is the deposit for each box?
A. Medium boxes £ 0.86 per box
B. Large boxes £ 1.44 per box
C. Hanging Clothes boxes £ 2.40 per box
D. Tape dispenser £ 5.00 per item
Q. How do I reclaim the deposit I have paid on hire boxes?
A. When we collect the driver will count the boxes returned and the refund will be processed back to you by the method you used to pay the deposit. Please allow 3-5 days for card repayments to be processed.
Q. How does the deposit refund work if the boxes are lost or damaged?
A. - The boxes are strong and durable and if you follow the instructions on the delivery paperwork and mark the boxes as instructed you will avoid damaging them
- On unpacking please ensure you slice the tape in the middle and leave the tape on the box this will also minimise damage.
- If the boxes are wet, water damaged or torn no deposit is refunded on the individual box
Q. Will the boxes supplied be new or used?
A. We only use strong and robust boxes. Hire boxes are either new or used before being sold or environmentally disposed of. All sold boxes are useable, strong and delivered in good condition.
